Skills development
As well as developing skills in one–to–one coaching situations, we also design and run bespoke in–company skills development programmes. Our programmes major on interpersonal skills and we are particularly known for the following:
Facilitation skills
The ability to facilitate group and team events requires skill, courage and creativity. Experienced facilitators know how to ‘read’ the climate of a group, attend to what isn’t being said as well as what is, and gauge how to ‘intervene’ to support and challenge the group in achieving a good outcome.
Influential, impactful management and leadership
Our programmes help to build a strong awareness of the impact people have on others; the ability to flex their influencing style to the needs of the situation / culture; a strong and positive presence and impact at senior level meetings and events, and the ability to foster productive, positive relationships and have a positive impact on those around them.
