Our approach
We are interested in making a real impact, and are deeply informed by a 'Gestalt' approach to learning and development. If you are a leader looking for an executive coach or supervisor, we need you to be committed to a journey of challenge and change. If you lead a team that you want to develop, be prepared to look at the real (and often thorny) issues. If you are only "going through the motions" or paying lip service to change, then we are not the people for you.
We don’t "go through the motions" either. We believe in dealing openly and honestly with each other and with our clients. This can mean that you may need to be prepared to hear some "tough truths" about what we observe in your behaviour, in your team or in your organisation. Rather this than "bland consulting" that makes little difference.
Do you believe that:
- People can change and grow?
- Most people genuinely want to give of their best, are motivated to achieve their full potential and will do so with the right conditions?
- People are more than their output… that they are complex bundles of intellect, emotions, history and desires and helping someone achieve their full potential means working with the whole person?
