Coach development

We are very experienced developers of coaches, and Marion Gillie has been Programme Director of the Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching at The Academy of Executive Coaching since 2002, and of the Master Practitioner programme since 2008.

Specifically, we offer:

Foundation level and advanced coach development programmes for internal coaches, line managers, and leaders
Coach Supervision for established and beginning coaches

We see the ethical practice of coaching as being central to all coach development, and have recently published in this area.

Our facilitators are all Accredited Executive Coaches with the Association for Professional Executive Coaches and Coach Supervisors (APECS) and/or the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).
