360 degree feedback
We offer a comprehensive and flexible service for analysing 360 degree feedback data and producing personalised reports. Options include rating individuals on a single response scale (e.g. current performance) or on a dual response scale (e.g. current vs. expected performance).
We also offer the opportunity of conducting a 360 degree feedback process for individuals, on a one-off basis.
Although in most cases we would work with questionnaires developed by clients themselves “in–house”, we do have a generic Leadership Skills and an Influencing Skills questionnaire availabe for clients to use if they haven’t the resources to develop their own questionnaires.
